Topping up the Account
VerifyKit is a prepaid system. If you’d like to use the Professional Plan, you’ll need to add funds to your account.
How Do I Add Funds to My Account?
After logging in to your VerifyKit account, click Top-up from the menu located in the upper right corner.
If your monthly WhatsApp verification amount exceeds 100,000, you’ll need to use our Dedicated WhatsApp Number service. This is subject to a Dedicated WhatsApp number fee and depending on your verification amount, a server fee. Click here for details.
How Do I Get a Receipt After Adding Funds?
We’ll issue a receipt for you using the information you’ve provided on the Account Information page. An e-mail containing the receipt will be delivered to you by our service provider.
How Do I Know When My Balance Is Running Low?
When your VerifyKit account balance drops below $10, we’ll send you a notification e-mail to the address associated with your account.
What Happens if My Balance Runs Out?
After your balance reaches zero, your account remains active for 7 days and you can continue to use VerifyKit as normal during this grace period. If no funds are added within 7 days, the applications associated with the outstanding app service fees and verification fees will become inactive and you won’t be able to use VerifyKit until you add funds.
